We Collect

Our driver picks up items from both parties across Perth metro. PIN verification at every handoff. 5-day collection window.

Verify & Seal

Items are photographed, condition-checked, and secured with tamper-evident seals at our Yanchep hub. Full chain of custody documented.

Deliver

Once both items are in custody, we deliver to each party. PIN verification on release. 5-day execution window. Trade complete.

Questions & Answers

What can I trade through AEGIS?
TCG cards (Pokemon, Magic, Yu-Gi-Oh), watches, sneakers, graded collectibles, sports cards, and other high-value physical items. If it fits in a vehicle and is worth protecting, we can handle it. Minimum declared value is $200 per side.
Where does AEGIS operate?
We're launching in Perth, Western Australia — covering the metro area from Joondalup to Rockingham. Our hub is in Yanchep. We'll expand based on demand.
Do I need to find my own trade partner?
Not necessarily. AEGIS also functions as a marketplace — you can list your collection in a public portfolio and other users can browse and send trade requests directly.
What happens if there's a dispute?
Every item is photographed on intake with timestamped custody images. Tamper-evident seals ensure nothing is altered. If a dispute arises, we have full documentation of condition at every stage. Items remain in our custody until resolution.
How does the 10-day window work?
Once a trade is confirmed, we have 5 days to collect items from both parties (collection window). After both items are in custody and verified, we have 5 days to deliver to each party (execution window). You choose your preferred pickup nights during trade creation.
What are Elite trade credits?
Elite subscribers get 3 trade credits per month. Using a credit waives the value fee on a trade (the $35 base fee still applies unless you also use a delivery credit).
Is my data safe?
Your details stay with us. We use encrypted connections, secure authentication, and never share your information with third parties. Trade data is stored securely and only accessible to the parties involved and AEGIS staff.
